Business Centers

To have a business center, you must

be a legal resident of the United States or Canada
be at least 18 years of age
have a legal and valid Social Security number.

All Associates may have two business centers, one for personal use and the second one for a legal non-profit organization that 98% of the earned revenue goes to the non-profit organization and 2% will be to you for management fees of the business center. All submitted non-profit organization will be verified before site is taken active.

Inventory

We do not require our Associate to inventory products. We handle all the deliveries for products ordered from coralcalcium.net. If you wish, you may purchase inventory to have on hand to sell or to use as samples for prospective Associates, etc.

Compensation Information

Commissions are paid on products sold. No commission are paid to you for personal use or for purchases to run your new business. The term net sales in our RBC Bonus pool means the total sales of all products less operation cost. AppliedTechNC, Inc. receives on a sliding scale from 10-35% of the gross sales figures to cover sales tax, shipping cost, website fees, future website programming and an administration fee for use of our system. The RBC pays out 15% back to the associates in two (2) phases of commissions until your monthly residual income exceeds $1,000.00 in any month.

Monthly residual income from the auto ship is based on paying 6 levels deep a total of 27%. Everyone has the same opportunity and those that sponsor more will benefit faster than someone just receiving a rebate check.

Taxes

We will provide you with paperwork to complete so that we may provide you with a 1099 at the end of the year. This paperwork must be completed and returned to us before your first check is issued by our office. It is your responsibility to file and pay taxes on all money earned through your business center. We shall provide a 1099 at the end of each year for all monies paid to you over $600.00 per year.

Defaulting On Your Monthly Auto Ship Order

If you default on your auto ship and do not make a qualifying order during the calendar month you forfeit commissions for that month. You must have a qualifying order to be commissionable again. If you do not make a qualifying order the second month your site is deleted on the 5th day of the next month. If your site is deleted, you loose all commissions and your downline. You may rejoin as an Associate again after thirty (30) days, but your former commission structure and downline will not be retained.

Advertising

We do not advertise, we are paying you for word of mouth advertising such as, one-on-one meetings, group meetings, three-way or conference calls or SINGLE e-mailing to contact one person. Our marketing via the internet benefits everyone and your business will grow every month as long as you meet the qualifications outline on the pre-order page:

We have a ZERO TOLLERANCE on spamming using your coralcalcium.net site link. We also do not allow you to advertise your site or the main company site in any media - no radio, television, magazine, etc.

Termination of Your Account

Your site will be suspended if we find you are e-mail spamming using your site name or the main company name, or if it is being advertising in any other form of non-allowed media.

We will not allow any dishonest business practices concerning our corporate site or your personal business sites. If we find this, your site will be suspended.

Once an account is suspended, you will no longer have access to it, you will no longer received compensation from your account and you will not be allowed to set up another business center.

If your site is suspended for violation of any of our policies, it will be brought before the Advisory Board of Members as to what action should be taken, such as suspension for a given period of time and then reinstatement or permanently deleted from our system.
